- About to ICNEEM 2026 !
The 2026 International Conference on New Energy Engineering and Microgrid will be held grandly in Chongqing, the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and an important national advanced manufacturing base, in 2026. The meeting focused on energy transformation and technological innovation under the "dual carbon" goal, covering renewable energy technologies such as solar energy, wind energy and hydrogen energy, smart micro grid architecture and control strategy, energy storage system integration, distributed energy management, energy Internet, power electronic transformation technology, green building energy supply and rural energy solutions, and other cutting-edge issues, aiming to promote the deep integration and industrial application of new energy projects and smart grids. ICNEEM 2026 will invite domestic and foreign academicians, renowned scholars, energy enterprise experts, and policy makers to give keynote speeches, and organize special forums, technology exhibitions, industry university research docking, and on-site inspections of smart energy demonstration projects to build a high-level international exchange and cooperation platform. All accepted papers will be published by international authoritative publishers such as IEEE and Springer, and submitted to databases such as EI Compendix and Scopus for retrieval, ensuring that research results are widely disseminated and have academic influence. We sincerely invite universities, research institutions, energy companies, and engineering and technical personnel from around the world to actively submit and participate in the conference. In the mountainous city of Chongqing, we are working together to promote a green future and advance the construction of a clean, efficient, and resilient new energy system.

All full paper submissions to the ICNEEM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICNEEM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icneem@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
Call for Reviewers
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference. SCI JOURNAL
